KodDelta — Türkiye's First Corporate AI Company

Corporate software and AI solutions.

ERP, CRM, AI assistants, web and mobile — each designed for your company.

In the AI era, every company running packaged software works with the same limits. Turn your own data into your own system — faster, more economical and entirely yours.

Packaged software's era is over AI built for your company A working system in the first weeks

Why custom software?

No company runs on another company's process.

Every company has its own production rhythm, its own approval chain, its own reporting discipline. Custom software digitizes, accelerates and makes manageable that way of working.

AI brought the standard of packaged systems to everyone: same screens, same reports, same limits. The difference is no longer in the package — it's in the system that runs your data and your process, and belongs to you.

You rent packaged software. With a custom system, you are the owner.

We turn your company's data into intelligence. We build custom systems that run your processes and AI assistants that work on your data — designing solutions fit for your scale, in every sector from manufacturing to healthcare.

Standard software, or your system?

Packaged software

  • Fixed screens, locked structures
  • Obligation to fit your process to the software
  • "Extra module" costs for every company
  • Work drifts into Excel and email
  • Your data gets stuck inside someone else's architecture

Custom system with KodDelta

  • Screens designed around your flow
  • Approval chains, roles and reports are exactly yours
  • No unnecessary modules pushed on you
  • Work in Excel moves inside the system
  • Data ownership stays with you, end to end

Why KodDelta?

We openly do what the market doesn't

Four things nobody in the market does — we do them openly. The evidence is on this site.

01

Our pricing isn't hidden

We are the only firm in the market publishing project-based price bands. Bands, timelines and our step-based budgeting model are on the site — calculator included.

Market: "call us, let's talk"
02

Prototype in the first weeks

No long analysis tunnel: you see your screens in the first weeks and steer. In the step-based model, the decision to continue is always yours.

Market: vague process
03

Code and data are yours

Source code, data model and architecture docs are delivered; a third team can take over. Entering without an exit plan means lock-in — we have none.

Market: stays on the vendor's server
04

Deliverables in writing

  • Discovery Report — process inventory, pain points, first-module proposal
  • Screen Flow — diagrams matching the clickable prototype 1:1
  • Acceptance Criteria — each module's definition of "done", test scenarios
  • Scope & Budget — numerical TCO + step-based budget table
Market: a slide deck suffices

How do we work?

First we understand your business. Then we write code.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We clarify your current operations, roles and reports together. Output: a feasible scope and the initial system plan.

    Output: scope and first-module plan
  2. 02

    Working prototype

We show the system's screens and flow in the first weeks. A wrong direction gets corrected before it becomes expensive.

    Output: clickable screen flow
  3. 03

    First live module

Your most painful process goes live first. The team adapts gradually; resistance turns into demand.

Output: live module + management dashboard
  4. 04

    Continuous improvement

The system grows as you grow. New modules, new integrations, new reports — one contact, one architecture.

    Output: a growing, documented architecture

The process is clear. Now it's decision time — test yourself: The 5-signal test

Decision guide

The 5 signals that packaged software is exhausted

  1. If work has drifted into Excel — every operation run outside the package is a need the system can't meet.
  2. If the same data is entered twice — if accounting, sales and warehouse hold the same information separately, you have no single source of truth.
  3. If reports are prepared by hand — if management waits for information, the system isn't producing decisions.
  4. If approvals walk the hallways — an approval chain running on paper and messages is the number-one source of delay.
  5. If "extra module" invoices keep growing — if you pay a separate license for every new need, your own system is cheaper.

You've weighed the signals. Everything on your mind is answered here: Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What people ask

What is corporate software? How does it differ from "ERP"?

Corporate software is the system that manages all of your company's processes (ERP, CRM, production, field, reporting) according to your own workflow. AI assistants and corporate-intelligence systems are part of this scope. The industry usually calls systems in this scope "ERP" — the difference isn't the acronym, it's the approach: packaged software expects your processes to fit its templates, and every job that doesn't fit drifts into Excel and manual tracking. With us, the system adapts to your process — whatever it's called.

What about cost and timeline?

Cost is directly proportional to scope. In the Turkish market, pilot projects start from ~₺50K and mid-scale full builds from ₺150–500K. A working prototype arrives in the first weeks; the first live module typically within 2-4 weeks. Details: pricing & timeline page + TCO guide.

Does it integrate with my accounting and e-invoice software?

Yes. We integrate with accounting, e-invoicing, your existing ERP, CRM, field devices and production equipment via API, file transfer and database bridges. Details: Integration Hub.

Won't the system fall short as the company grows?

Quite the opposite — custom systems adapt best to growth: new modules, roles, reports and integrations are added to the existing architecture. In packaged software, growth means accumulating licenses and adaptation costs.

How is my data secured?

Data ownership is entirely yours. Systems are built with role-based authorization, audit trails and regular backups. Details: security guide.

Will the team resist the system?

The first live module starts with the most painful process, and screens are designed together with the people who will use them in the field. When the team sees the benefit from day one, they switch to the demand side. Details: team-resistance guide (TR).

Who owns the code and data?

You do, end to end. Source code and data model are delivered; the architecture is documented and can be taken over by a third team. Vendor lock-in is deliberately absent. Details: lock-in guide.

Where is my data hosted?

Wherever you choose: your own corporate servers or your preferred cloud provider. Systems are built with role-based authorization, audit trails and regular backups.

Which technologies do you use?

A web-based, modern and widely maintainable stack: mature PHP/CodeIgniter on the server side or Node/Go-class options as needed, standard web technologies on the front end, and browser-based (PWA) approaches for mobile.

How does support continue after delivery?

The relationship doesn't end at go-live: we remain your single point of contact. Initial-period maintenance is part of delivery; afterwards, new modules, integrations and improvements continue with step-based budgeting.

Can our existing Excel files be migrated into the system?

Yes — and they are usually the raw material of the first module. The Excel inventory is extracted, flows are matched, data is transferred and verified with a parallel double-entry period. Details: Excel migration guide (TR).

Can it run in parallel with our packaged software?

Yes; the common model is hybrid. Mature areas like accounting stay in the package; production, field and approval processes move to the custom system, and the two are made to talk via integration.

Can KOSGEB support be used for the investment?

Yes; KOSGEB (Türkiye's SME development agency) modernization grants can finance a significant portion of software investments for manufacturing SMEs. The application plan is prepared together at proposal stage. Details: pricing page.

Does the mobile app also come from you?

Yes — the field side is delivered as a natural part of the system with a browser-based mobile interface (PWA): it works without app-store installs and even records progress offline.

What is a software maintenance agreement — is it mandatory?

Not mandatory. Initial-period maintenance is part of delivery; afterwards, those who wish continue with a maintenance+improvement agreement with defined response times. Step-based support without an agreement is also possible.

Will our data be migrated from our current system?

Yes. Accounts, inventory and open records are migrated with transfer + verification via a double-entry period. Migration is listed module by module in the discovery report.

Which integrations are ready-made and which are custom-built?

Common bridges come as ready patterns: accounting packages, GİB e-transformation, shipping and banking services. Your specials (machines, CRM, supplier portals) are built under the Integration Hub.

Would you take over legacy or third-party software?

Yes — modernization and takeover is a line item in our needs map. Code and data model are analyzed, documented and renewed step by step.

Can our own team maintain the system?

Yes. Source code + architecture docs + acceptance tests are delivered; handover training for your team is available on request.

Is multi-language support available?

Interface languages (TR/EN and more as needed) can be configured; data entry works multilingually.

How many users and how much data can the system handle?

The web-based architecture scales: from SME usage to hundreds of concurrent users. The exact load target is defined at discovery and verified with load testing at acceptance.

Can external reporting tools be connected?

Yes: alongside built-in dashboards, data output (API/views) is provided to external BI tools like Power BI/Looker.

Will setup interrupt our operations?

No. With phased go-live, old and new systems run temporarily in parallel (double-entry verification); the transition completes as the team adapts.

How does the contract work — is there a warranty?

Step-based: each step's scope, output, price and acceptance criteria are in writing; the next step doesn't start until the current one is accepted. That is your natural warranty.
