2019 First Live Installation
6 Systems Described On This Page
2–4 Weeks To The First Live Module
5+ Core Industrial Verticals
The systems we delivered
We publish these six systems by name. Elevatora SAHA, Elevatora İMALAT and SmartHukuk are KodDelta's own product lines — customer installations are deployments of those products, each running on its own data. SEMP Group and PAP are operational systems built for a single company. We publish no unmeasured performance claims; each card states what the work replaced and what we put in its place.
Lift maintenance & installation · our own product line
Elevatora SAHA
Field service management · multi-tenant · in production
Elevatora SAHA runs the field operation of lift maintenance and installation companies as a multi-tenant system: every customer runs its own installation with its own database.
Before: the maintenance calendar lived in a spreadsheet, work orders travelled to site on paper, and service history stayed in the technician's notebook. The office had to call someone to learn when a building was last serviced.
What we built: mobile work orders the technician opens on a phone, maintenance schedules per building and per lift, interval and SLA tracking, one record covering the chain from installation to recurring maintenance, customer and fault history, and manager / dispatcher / technician roles. Because each company runs its own installation, no data crosses tenants.

Lift-component manufacturing · our own product line
Elevatora İMALAT
Manufacturing tracking · workshop and plant · in production
Elevatora İMALAT tracks production from work order to shipment in workshops and plants that manufacture lift components.
Before: work orders were written on paper, stock sat in a spreadsheet, and only the foreman knew which order was waiting at which machine. Shipping dates were confirmed by phone.
What we built: work order creation and status tracking, production planning, stock movements, shipment records and quality records. Where a company runs manufacturing and field service together, a fabricated part stays traceable into its field installation.

Construction & contracting · in development
Elevatora PROJE
Project operations · under development, no production installation yet
Elevatora PROJE brings construction and contracting site operations into one record; it is currently under development.
Before: progress billing files multiply as spreadsheet versions, the site log is kept in a notebook, and the same quantity takeoff turns into different numbers in different hands.
Scope in development: progress billing preparation and approval flow, site log, quantity takeoff records, and project-level permissions. We extend the scope on what site teams ask for, and we do not present it as finished before it goes live.

Group holding · system built for one company
SEMP Group
Electronics & consumer durables · group-wide operations · in production
For SEMP Group we built an enterprise system that brings the operations of the group companies onto a single platform.
Before: every company kept its own spreadsheets, the same record was typed into several places, and management collected reports over email.
What we built: one operations platform shared across business units, single data entry, permissions per company and per unit, and status screens management reads directly. Teams work on the same record, so re-keying between units disappears.

Legal technology · our own product line
SmartHukuk
Lawyers and law firms · research and drafting · in production
SmartHukuk is our legal technology product: it puts precedent research, document drafting and legal calculation into one workspace.
Before: a lawyer searched several separate sources for precedent, copied a petition from an old file and corrected it by hand, and ran interest and damages calculations in a separate spreadsheet.
What we built: sourced precedent research, editable document drafts, legal calculation tools, and an MCP integration that lets AI clients connect to the product. The lawyer starts the search from an assistant and edits the output inside the product.

Pharmaceutical sector · system built for one company
PAP
pap.com.tr · import & export process tracking · in production
PAP tracks pharmaceutical import and export transactions step by step, from the order through to landed cost.
Before: the status of each shipment lived in an email thread, documents sat in folders, and cost calculations sat in a separate spreadsheet. Finding out which step an order was waiting on meant asking several people.
What we built: order records, logistics tracking, document management, cost calculation, and a step-by-step process flow that links them. A step opens only after the previous one closes, so the screen shows exactly where the order stands.

Industry verticals we serve
How we build these systems
Every vertical gets the same discipline: we listen to the process first, record the flow, show you a working prototype, then grow the system module by module. You see the first clickable prototype in 2-4 weeks.
Published budget bands: a single module runs $3,000-6,000 (2-4 weeks), a multi-department system $8,000-15,000 (4-8 weeks), a full platform with AI $20,000+ (3-6 months), and an AI assistant $5,000-12,000. The licence is perpetual, user count is unlimited, and we hand over the source code. Our working model is described on the about page.
Where the homepage figures come from
We publish six figures on the homepage. Which installation each one comes from is written out below — we do not defer it to a sales call, because a figure you cannot check is a claim.
| Figure | Counted from | What it means |
| 2019 | First live installation | The KodDelta brand was registered in 2026; the team and the systems have been in the field since 2019 |
| 920+ | Elevatora SAHA installation databases | Total lifts on record across installations (raw count 921) |
| 30,000+ | PAP database | Product–company records tracked (30,902) across 11,000+ process steps |
| 5,000+ | Elevatora İMALAT database | Technical forms completed (5,008) |
| 11 | Separate customer databases on the server | Templates and baseline copies excluded. Six systems are named on this page; the remaining installations are unnamed at the customer's request |
| 6 | This page | Systems named publicly. Three are our own product lines, one is not yet live, two are customer builds |
Counted from live databases on 25 August 2026 and rounded down. We show the per-installation breakdown on screen during the call.
