Comparisons and pricing guides
Software comparisons by industry — every figure taken from the vendor's own published page, every claim linked.
These pages contain only prices the vendor published itself. Where a vendor publishes nothing, we record that as a finding rather than estimating. No scores, no star ratings, no invented reviews. KodDelta appears as one option among several, with the situations it does not suit stated as plainly as the ones it does.
How these were built
The hardest part of choosing business software is finding numbers you can trust. Most pricing articles are estimates presented as facts, with no source you can check. We took a different approach:
- Vendor-published figures only. Odoo's pricing page, Microsoft's licensing page, MRPeasy, Katana, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Fieldwire, monday.com, Logo Yazılım's own price lists, and so on — each linked in the sources section of every page.
- Not published means not published. ServiceTitan, Acumatica and Procore publish no figures. We record that rather than filling the gap with a guess, because "requires a quote" is itself useful procurement information.
- No competitor bashing. Every product gets a "good fit when / poor fit when" treatment. Not publishing prices is a sales model, not a defect.
- We are not at the top of the list. We publish our own bands and we state the situations where custom software is the wrong answer — including in the pages where we could have sold one.
All pages
| Page | Type | Sector |
|---|---|---|
| Best manufacturing ERP for mid-size companies MRPeasy, Katana, Odoo, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica and custom builds, with every published price side by side. | List + comparison | Manufacturing |
| Dealer portal cost Five-year totals for 25, 100 and 250 dealers with SaaS licence and custom build side by side, sourced line by line. | Pricing | Wholesale & distribution |
| Dealer portal software vs custom build Where a packaged portal is the right answer, where it stops, and the dealer counts below which you should not build one at all. | Head-to-head | Wholesale & distribution |
| Field service software pricing Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Odoo — entry rates, extra-user costs and what happens as the crew grows. | Pricing | Field service & maintenance |
| Odoo vs custom ERP The Standard-versus-Custom trap, where configuration turns into debt, and the hybrid pattern most companies land on. | Head-to-head | All sectors |
| ERP pricing comparison 2026 Every published ERP number in one table, which vendors publish nothing, and how the four billing models behave over five years. | Pricing | All sectors |
| Construction project management software Procore, Fieldwire, monday.com, Microsoft Project and Odoo — and how subcontractors change per-seat arithmetic. | Comparison | Construction & contracting |
| Nearshore: Türkiye vs Poland vs India Time zone overlap, EU adequacy status and published English proficiency rankings — including where another location is ahead. | Location comparison | Sourcing |
| EU manufacturers: buy or build your ERP? The two variables that decide it, where data residency filters the shortlist, and the packaged-core plus custom-edge pattern. | Decision framework | EU manufacturing |
| WMS vs ERP inventory module A stock ledger and a movement director are different products. What each solves, published prices, and the barcode prerequisite. | Process comparison | Warehouse & distribution |
Where to start, by sector
- Manufacturing: start with the manufacturing ERP comparison, then use the ERP pricing table to normalise the numbers over five years.
- Field service and maintenance: field service software pricing — the answer moves with technician headcount more than with anything else.
- Warehousing and distribution: WMS vs ERP inventory module, because the two solve different problems.
- Construction and contracting: construction project software, including how subcontractor logins change per-seat pricing.
- Weighing packaged against custom: Odoo vs custom ERP and the buy-or-build framework for EU manufacturers.
- Choosing a development partner: Türkiye vs Poland vs India on structure rather than sales claims.
Turkish-language pages
The same approach in Turkish, including Logo Yazılım's published price lists for the Turkish market, is at Karşılaştırma ve Fiyat Rehberleri: production tracking, MRP versus production tracking, field service pricing, the Turkish ERP price list, dealer portals, e-delivery-note integration routes, barcode versus QR, and construction progress billing.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the prices on these pages come from?
Every figure comes from the vendor's own published page: Odoo's pricing page, Microsoft's licensing page, MRPeasy, Katana, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Fieldwire, monday.com, Procore, Acumatica and Logo Yazılım's own price lists. Each page carries a sources section with direct links.
What did you do about vendors that publish no prices?
We recorded it rather than estimating. ServiceTitan, Acumatica and Procore publish no figures on their pricing pages, so we say "not published" and describe the billing model in their own words. Requiring a quote is a sales model, not a defect — but it does mean you cannot budget before engaging with sales.
Why is KodDelta not ranked first on these lists?
Because the right answer depends on your scale and process, and for many companies a packaged product is genuinely the better buy. KodDelta appears as one option with the situations it does not suit stated explicitly — including our standing advice not to build statutory accounting and tax filing from scratch.
