KodDeltaPrivacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information collected through koddelta.com is processed. It is kept short and readable; your data is never sold, marketed or shared beyond your request.
1. Information collected
- Contact form: name, company, phone, email and your description of the need — only if you fill it voluntarily.
- Technical information: browser type, language preference and anonymous visit statistics.
2. Purpose
Collected information is used solely to respond to your request, run the proposal process and maintain communication. Your information is not sold or marketed to third parties.
3. Retention
Data related to contact requests is kept for a reasonable period after the request concludes, or for the legally required period where one exists.
4. Cookies
Necessary cookies. The technical cookies the site needs in order to work and to remember your preference are used on every visit; no consent is asked for these.
Measurement and advertising cookies — two different rules, depending on where you are. We use Google Analytics 4 for visit measurement and the Meta Pixel for ad measurement.
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK: neither tool is loaded, and neither writes a cookie, unless you choose Allow measurement on the banner shown on your first visit. Without your consent there is no measurement. We detect this from your browser's time zone and language settings; where the signal is unclear we default to the stricter rule.
If you are elsewhere, including Türkiye: visit and ad measurement are treated as necessary to operate and measure the service. They run when you open the site, and the banner says so in plain words. You can switch them off at any time from the Cookie preference control below; when you do, measurement stops and the measurement cookies already written (_ga, _gid, _fbp and similar) are deleted. Either way the whole site stays usable.
Live support. The Tawk.to support platform loads after the page has opened and sets its own cookies; this is what makes the contact button at the bottom right work and lets your message reach us.
Cookie preference.
If you are in the EU/EEA. Choosing Allow measurement means visit and device data is processed by Google and Meta on servers outside Türkiye. KodDelta is established in Türkiye, which does not hold a European Commission adequacy decision; transfers to us therefore need an appropriate safeguard under GDPR Chapter V. We sign a written data processing agreement incorporating the European Commission's standard contractual clauses before any client data reaches us. We do not treat KVKK compliance as automatically satisfying GDPR.
If you are in the UK. The UK left the EU transfer regime, so EU standard contractual clauses are not sufficient on their own and we do not present them as if they were. Türkiye is not covered by UK adequacy regulations either. For UK controllers we sign the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum attached to the EU clauses where a group already runs on the EU set, and we support the transfer risk assessment the UK regime expects by answering questions about Turkish law and our own access controls in writing. Ask for the pack during the discovery call.
What we have not done, stated plainly. We have not appointed an Article 27 representative in the EU or the UK. If your legal team concludes one is required for your arrangement, raise it at contract stage — we would rather agree it in writing than let you assume it exists.
Sub-processors used by this website. Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (measurement; in the EU/EEA and the UK only after you consent), and tawk.to (live chat, loaded on every page after it has opened). Project work is separate: any sub-processor touching your data is named in the data processing agreement before the work starts, and we notify you before adding one.
Personal data breaches. Where we act as your processor we notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach, with the facts we hold at that point rather than waiting for a complete picture, so that your own 72-hour regulatory clock can start on time.
5. Data security
Your data is protected against unauthorized access with reasonable technical and administrative measures.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights under Türkiye's KVKK (information, correction, deletion, objection to processing) through the channel given in the KVKK notice.
