Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), as data controller, KodDelta informs you about the processing of your personal data as follows.

KodDelta is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Personal data processed
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: email address, phone number, company name
- Request content: the description you share in the form about your need
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed for responding to your software/ERP request and running the proposal and discovery process, under KVKK Art. 5/2(c) — directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract — and limited to your request.
4. Transfer
Your data may be transferred only to suppliers we receive services from (such as email infrastructure), for fulfilling your request and with the necessary technical/administrative measures. No transfer abroad is performed.
5. Collection method
Data is collected through the contact form on the website, entirely under your control and voluntarily.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for a reasonable period depending on the fulfillment of your request, or for the legally required period where one exists.
7. Your rights
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose and whether used appropriately
- Know third parties at home/abroad to whom it is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete/incorrect processing
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law
- Object to unlawful processing
- Request compensation for damages from unlawful processing
