What Does "Engineering Asset" Mean vs. Generic Templates?

Are there any hidden or recurring licensing costs?
No. Once the build is completed and paid, the software asset is 100% owned by your company. Server hosting costs are paid directly to your cloud provider (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS, or your private on-premise hardware) with zero vendor markup.
How are change requests and new features handled during development?
We operate transparent agile sprint budgeting. Minor adjustments within the agreed project vision are incorporated directly. Substantial new modules are scoped, priced independently, and scheduled without stalling existing sprint deliverables.
What is included in annual maintenance?
Annual maintenance (12–25% of build value, depending on tier) covers a defined monthly development allowance (4–8 hours depending on tier) for routine optimizations, security patches, framework upgrades, automated database backup monitoring, and priority handling for production-stopping faults.
Why do you publish your price bands publicly?
Because a buyer who knows the bands before the first meeting can decide faster. The bands on this page are the same ones we quote from; if a project falls outside them we say so at the discovery stage rather than after the contract.
How does phased milestone-based budgeting protect our capital investment?
Rather than demanding large upfront lump-sum payments, each milestone (Discovery & Prototype, Core Alpha, Production Release) has a fixed scope, clear deliverable, and separate signoff gate. You only fund the next phase after validating working software.
Are there recurring per-seat user subscription charges?
Never. With KodDelta custom software, you own the complete source code asset. You can onboard 50, 500, or 5,000 internal employees and external partners with $0 in license fees.
Contract and invoicing for buyers outside Türkiye
Foreign buyers ask the same five questions and the site had answers to none of them. Here they are, including the ones where the honest answer is “we agree that with you”.
- Currency and invoicing. The bands on this page are in US dollars and we invoice in USD or EUR. Our invoice carries no VAT at all: exported services are exempt from Turkish VAT under Turkish law, and we hold no UK or EU VAT registration, so no local VAT is charged either. For a VAT-registered business buyer in the UK or the EU, imported services of this kind normally fall under the reverse charge, meaning you account for the VAT yourself and recover it in the same return. Treat that as the general rule and confirm the treatment with your own accountant — we do not give tax advice.
- Warranty. There is no separate warranty certificate; the mechanism is the step structure. Each step carries written acceptance criteria, and the next step does not start until the current one is accepted. Defects against the accepted criteria are fixed at our cost.
- Termination. Between steps, without penalty. You have paid for the completed steps and you keep their output — source code, database schema and documentation — whether or not you continue. We do not hold deliverables against a remaining commitment.
- Liability. Capped in the contract, normally at the fees paid for the affected step. If your procurement policy requires a different cap or specific insurance, say so before signature rather than after; it is negotiable, not a template we refuse to open.
- Governing law and dispute resolution. Agreed per contract, not imposed by us. We have signed under Turkish law and we are willing to discuss a neutral forum for larger scopes. We deliberately publish no default here, because a supplier that quietly forces its own jurisdiction into every contract is telling you something about the rest of the relationship.
We do not offer source-code escrow, and if any chatbot or intermediary told you otherwise, that was wrong. Escrow is unnecessary in this model for a simple reason: the source code is handed to you at each step rather than held back, so there is nothing left in our custody for a third party to hold.
